Johnathon Livingstone Seagal

Richard Bach wrote a book about a non-conforming sea bird. The bird was more interested in bettering himself and following knowledge than he was in adhering to what was expected of him by his family and the flock. He was exiled because his attitude and behaviour went against their social order and they could not tolerate him. The comparison between his life and theirs make this an interesting read.

Seagullengl Johnathon
"Jonathan Seagull spent the rest of his days alone, but he flew way out beyond the Far Cliffs. His one sorrow was not solitude, it was that others refused to believe; they refused to open their eyes and see." Richard Bach
